Refund and Return Policy

At Vitacli, we value the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of our customers. This Refund and Return Policy is written in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and applicable EU consumer law.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you assign) receive the goods — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us in writing at info@vitacli.com before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

  • Returns must be sent only after receiving confirmation and instructions from us.

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Personal care, health, or beauty products once opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Undergarments or intimate wear if packaging or hygiene seals are broken.

  • Perishable, hazardous, or flammable goods.

  • Gift cards or sale items (unless defective).

These exceptions are permitted under EU and Swedish consumer law (Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act).


4. How to Return Your Item

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions.

You must send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have stated otherwise.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitacli.com.
We will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days from the day we receive the goods or valid proof of return shipment.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for your purchase — including Klarna payments.
If you paid using Klarna’s “Pay Later” or “Installments,” Klarna will adjust or cancel your invoice accordingly.

If your return is denied due to non-compliance (e.g., product used or damaged), no refund will be issued, and the product will not be returned.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@vitacli.com.


8. Late Deliveries

In any case of late shipment due to circumstances, the order shall not be under consideration for a refund until the order is delivered.
